Role manuals

One manual per seat, in plain language, written against the exact screens that role can open. Use them as induction sheets on the floor and as the access-control record for the pilot. Every manual downloads as a formatted PDF.

Verification Operator

MRHS booth operator, inbound lane

You prove what is in the box before it leaves, then seal it.

What you own: Every parcel you take from the queue, from scan to seal, in under about 40 seconds.

How to do the work

  1. 1Take the next parcelPick it from the queue on Verification Line. Check the order number, the item and the serial before you touch the unit.
  2. 2Weigh itPlace the parcel on the scale and capture the mass. If it differs from the expected mass by more than 20g, the system will flag it — that is correct, not a fault.
  3. 3Photograph six framesFront, back, label, serial, contents, sealed. Do not skip one; the photo set is what protects you if the customer claims later.
  4. 4Seal and certifyApply the void-pattern seal and issue the buyer certificate.
  5. 5CommitCommitting issues the seal number, locks the evidence into the permanent record and notifies the warehouse and the buyer automatically.
  6. 6If anything does not matchMark the parcel flagged instead of verified. It is quarantined and your supervisor is notified. Never seal a parcel you are unsure about.

If you get stuck: If the queue is empty, no high-risk parcels are waiting on your lane. If a commit fails, do not re-seal — call your supervisor; a half-written record is never created.

Words used in these manuals

Six terms cover everything on every screen.

Seal number
The unique code printed on the tamper-evident seal, e.g. SL-4821-9930. It links a physical parcel to its digital proof.
Verification record
The proof captured before dispatch: order, item, serial, weight, six photos, operator, time and warehouse.
Flagged
The parcel did not match its order. It is quarantined instead of sealed, and a supervisor is notified.
Audit chain
A permanent list of every action. Each entry carries a fingerprint of the entry before it, so nothing can be removed or edited unnoticed.
Fingerprint (hash)
A short code calculated from the evidence. Change one pixel or one gram and the code changes, which is how tampering shows up.
Demo mode
Shown when no real email domain or endpoint is connected yet. The message is recorded but not actually sent, so nothing looks delivered when it was not.
